Dolphins

Dolphins are such friendly and delightful creatures and when they appear in a dream, they are usually always a positive symbol.

They are very intelligent and because of this, they can be trained to accomplish many tasks. Dolphins also have well developed hearing and some have been known to survive even if they go blind! If they show up in your dream, the Lord might be saying that you are very intelligent and that you are a blessing to others around you because of your ability to understand or to strategize. He could also be saying that you have a great ability to hear Him which enables you to live your life according to His will and to teach His word to those in your sphere of influence. Depending on the context of the dream, the Lord might be saying the same about certain people in your church, your workplace or your family.
These delightful creatures are very friendly and like to be around people. It is for that reason that they are known to be good companions. If you see a dolphin in your dream, the Lord could be saying that you have that quality or that someone in your waking life is gifted with it. It would all depend on the context of the dream. If for example, you were in the water, surrounded by dolphins, the Lord would be saying that you have been blessed with good friends, thus encouraging you to keep those relationships alive or to see these people as trusted allies.
Dolphins are highly trainable and can be taught to do many tricks, to the delight of the audience. If you see one in your dream, the Lord might be telling you that you have that quality or that you are in need of spiritual or physical training or even that you need some kind of training for your job or your church.
Dolphins can also be very playful so they could represent someone who has those qualities. Furthermore, since water can represent the Holy Spirit, then dolphins could symbolize someone who is playful in the Spirit, making the things of God so much more pleasant for everyone around them. That being the case, they could also represent an angelic being.​

Dolphins remind me of what nature would have been like before the fall of Adam and Eve and make me long for those days when God will restore all of creation to its original plan. These are joyful, playful creatures. They even look like they're smiling all the time! And they make our hearts glad. So all in all, if they appear in your dream, God is probably saying something positive about you or about someone in your life.
